Within 72 hours of ordering we will reach out to book your delivery via email and SMS. If the date is not suitable please simply reply back to the SMS and they will offer a new date.

When Do I Get A Delivery Date?
Once you have confirmed your order and received an order confirmation email, our in house logistics team will contact you within 48 hours or less with a delivery date. This date, along with any delivery information you will need to know is sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order.
You will also receive an SMS message with the delivery date and a prompt to refer to your email for further information.

Do I Get A Time Slot For Delivery?
Yes. The evening before your delivery you will get a text message with a 3 hour window for your delivery. The drivers will also keep in touch with you on the day so that you know what's happening with your order.
